When our first tenants did not leave the carpets or kitchen in the expected state Portfield's negotiated that we kept their bond and pointed us towards tradesmen who fixed the problems providing good quality and value. The property was turned around and rented out again within a reasonable timescale. Came across a property of their website, we contacted portfield garrard and wright and from that moment they were professional, helpful and quick to respond. Dana from lettings side quided us through the process and made everything easy and relaxed. We have been here over a year now, there was an issue with a pvc door lock at one point. This was dealt with within 24 hours and done at a callout time that suited us. The bi annual inspections are again booked to suit our needs and are completed in a friendly and relaxed manner.
