A little bit more about me:

I live with my partner Scott, I have a Labrador called Ted. I like travelling and visiting the seaside for Ted

Favourite holiday place? I love the Caribbean, we have been to a few different islands. I love the relaxed lifestyle and the lush blue seas and white beaches. I also like city breaks.

Hobbies outside of work? I love walking my dog Ted, socialising and going away on holidays.

What might surprise people about you? I was born abroad, I don't like white chocolate and I played the cornet, recorder and guitar.

Favourite sport to watch and play?- I lost interest in sports after leaving school but do enjoy walking.; My other half has every sport going on the tv.

What's the first thing you do when you get home from work? Take Ted for a walk then come home, get changed and make tea.

If you could live anywhere in the UK where would it be? I love the Cotswolds

Where did you grow up? Doncaster

What's your funniest memory? That is doesn't rain in the same place. ; When I was young and my grandparents lived in a different village from us we would be in within a few miles and it would be throwing it down and it would be dry.

Funniest moment at work? Too many really to remember!

What do you like most about working with the Portfield team? We all get on really well, we have mixed personalities and bounce off each other. We often go out for meals and drinks and always have a great time. ; We are all very professional but also like to have a laugh and a joke where we can with our customers.

Best book you've read or film? - I have mixed taste in books and films but prefer comedy to horror.; PS I love you, I enjoyed the book and the film.

Favourite actor or/and actress? - Tom Hanks and Sandra Bullock

Worst moment at work? - I was valuing a persons property and slipped on the stairs and went from the top to bottom and lost the heel off my shoe in the process. ; I had to hobble round until I had finished the appointment. ; I didn't even get the property on the market as a sympathy vote!

Jemma is a dedicated professional who transitioned to a new chapter in her career in November 2023 when she joined Portfield Garrard and Wright. Prior to this, she had a rich and rewarding career in the NHS but wanted a new challenge....

Born and raised in the charming town of Tickhill, Jemma has deep roots in her local community, having called it home throughout her life. Her familiarity with the area adds a personal touch to her professional endeavors, as she understands the unique needs and dynamics of the community.

Family holds a special place in Jemma's heart, and she values spending quality time with her loved ones. Whether it's engaging in family activities or simply sharing moments together, Jemma finds joy in the bonds that tie her close to those she cares about.

Jemma has a passion for travel and exploration, with a particular fondness for international adventures. The allure of experiencing different cultures and landscapes fuels her desire to go abroad whenever possible and is hoping to take her daughter on her first holiday abroad soon. This curiosity and openness to new experiences contribute to her well-rounded perspective on life and work.

With her extensive background in healthcare and her recent venture into a new professional arena, Jemma brings a wealth of experience, a strong work ethic, and a genuine connection to her community to her role at Portfield Garrard and Wright. Lisa started July 2023 at Portfield Garrard & Wright with previous career as assistant bank manager, then retail manager for an interior design business for 12 years so a whole new chapter.

Loves spending time with friends and close family, lives locally with husband and 2 daughters 17 & 20. Enjoys eating out, reading, long walks and generally being social.

Always look forward to holidays especially Greek islands with Skiathos being a favorite.

Claim to fame - Used to sing as a soprano in a choir doing several trips to Europe and America.

Once sung for King Charles on a special invitation

Funniest moment at work? On a survey, walking into bathroom with the lady of the house in the bath, husband didn't advise his wife was even in the house
